Heavenly father,

Please remove from me the anxiety I create for myself by not fully realizing your word and hyperfocusing on physical symptoms instead of dealing with my problems in life. Please fill me with your peace that surpasses all understanding for now and forever. I ask this in Jesus name. And so it is, amen
